I have a merchant approved for 100k 4th position, is there any Direct Funders that do 4th position without requiring a COJ?

Merchant has healthy bank statements with high bank balance and great credit.

I'd be extremely curious as to why a client in that position was insistent that no COJ be used... Coming from what amounts to a pretty weak bargaining position from which to make demands.

We certainly would do a 4th, might get close to 100k, but no chance w/o the COJ notarized and in hand.

no of that matters once you say 4th position. Nobody is doing that without a COJ. Instead of doing a 4th why not try to consolidate much better for the merchant

Why is this merchant doing MCA's with all of the good and positive things noted
above stated?? Tax liens, Judgements on business ???

Clearly these large infusions of quarterly capital allow him to execute deals/jobs/contracts without depleting his normal cash flow to uncomfortable levels, in order to execute jobs that sustain and continue the larger gross revenue. Let's hope his margins support the cost of funds.

At least that how I see this play out as acceptable, and the only reason a owner/CEO would seek for, and accept these 4th position rates/terms voluntarily. If that is the case he should run to the notary and execute that COJ.

Unless he is a desperado (which on the facts presented seems unlikely.) I assume there is a profitable method to the madness. I hope that's the case anyway.

To get 100k as a 4th position with a COJ is going to be challenging let alone without a COJ.

Not true. I once got $255k as a 4th, a buddy told me he once funded $300k as a 5th. Its knowing which companies will do large positions, with big numbers. Here I would reccomend Pearl, Yellowstone, there has to be others who would do it, assuming the numbers add up.
