i used Ytel's "Simple Dial". Pretty inexpensive (about $150 a month).

I found Five9 to be cumbersome and pricey, also used vicidial which was cheaper and its offshoot celerity which is even cheaper since it's opensource and I have used ringcentral (too expensive). About to try vanillasoft which has a free trial. So far best looks to be celerity...about $250 per month plus .05 minutes for 25 users. All voip.
