One deposit per month - but it's $122,000
I have a business that owns a building that she leases to one of the largest nursing home operators in New Jersey. She has a 20 year lease and gets paid like clockwork. Her monthly mortgage payment is $99k so she nets around $20-$25k a month. She is looking for around $20k to finish off some repairs.
FYI - The building is in NJ but the business is in CA. No brokers, direct funders only.

I have seen this file back in November, her name is Stacey. At the time LoanMe was the only option except they don't fund in NJ. Couldn't do a WBL or hard money loan because her debt was to high on the building.

Rather than working off the revenue perhaps the Real Estate value and DSCR should be the information sought. As it seems the property cash flows, why not pursue a full or stated doc refi?
It might take 30 days but that will be the most cost effective facility for the client

This does look like a WBL kind of deal! Ideally is lower than our minimums, but would entertain financing provided income/assets are suitable to structure.
Give me a call.
