Cresthill Capital Policy -
Hello All,
Lately I've received a few phone calls regarding policy - Here is what we do. You have 30 days from the day you've submitted to exclusively work the deal. If you submit a deal and it is approved and then gets submitted by another partner we will share the offer right away with the additional partner. At that point, whichever partner sends us the contract first will own the deal in our eyes. Our industry as you all know is extremely competitive - We want to provide great service to all our Partners, Lenders and Merchants - This is why we have this policy. If you would like to discuss this with me directly, please use the contact information below - I am very happy to jump on a call.
Respectfully,
Founder & CEO Cresthill Capital

Does this policy apply to both Mantis and Cresthill?

How is there a 30 day exclusivity period, but also a free for all with whoever gets contracts back winning the deal?
This is a post that seems to have the intent to clarify things, but in my opinion is very confusing.

CHC is a broker - I protect my outside offices from my internal agents. Not much to be confused about. If you find yourself in competition with another outside office we will send both offices the approval. No one that works for CHC directly will ever interfere with that policy -

The 30 day policy seems to refer to the amount of time before they say they will not steal it. But if they share the file with a friend or preferred partner that then competes with you, they will take the first contract back. Seems about right.

"CHC is a broker"
Ok. So your brokerage arm loudly an proudly recruits ISOs to Cresthill, sees all of the deals, and helps to execute ISO agreements with Mantis (branded as Cresthill) with a signature only from Mantis.
So we are to believe that there is no funny business going on? Ever in this ultra competitive business?
There are many ways to set up a business without conflicts of interest. This is not one of them!

Brothers are amused by others brother's reps
But the thing they know best is where the gun is kept
Cause in the night you'll feel fright
And at the sight of a four-fifth, I guess you just might
Wanna do a dance or two
Cause they could maybe bust you for self or with a crew
No matter if you or your brother's a star
He could pop you and jet without a getaway car
And some might say that he's a dummy
But he's sticking you and taking all of your money
It's a daily operation
Just thinking of a way and when to get the brother
They'll be long gone before the kid recovers
And back around the way he'll have the chain on his neck
Claiming respect, just to get a rep

I agree, I am going to discuss this with him today, To be fair to him.. CHC only see's about 20% of the deal flow. WE give our partners a choice - They can work with our Direct lend and can work with Mantis only staff. All of which are salary - Or they can work with an Agent - We give our partner the choice - CHC agents never see Mantis Deals - Its been this way for 3 years now. We've never had any problems - We make deals with our partners upfront so that everyone is on the same page- No Catfish here - LOL.
