How is the deal with national structured? Loan or advance? Also, is it a monthly, daily or weekly. I am asking because depending on how National and Funding Circle are structured, they may or may not be considered as "positions" by the MCA people. If underwriter looks at this deal as Can Capital being the only competitor, then on a 2nd position you potentially can obtain a 12 month deal from IOU or Quarterspot. If however this truly is a 3rd position in the eyes of an MCA underwriter, then there is absolutely nobody out there that will provide a 3rd for 12 months.

We've seen this company multiple times since March. Surprised his credit isn't shot. For what the file was worth I thought our underwriters provided a great offer, but the owner thought otherwise and was dead-set on a rate that wasn't possible
