Keep seeing lots of starter/baby deals and don't know where to go with them.

What funder(s) will look at deals with monthly deposits only $4k to $5k and make advances of approx the same amount? Is there a good source for starter advances that are relatively easy to get funded ?

Your not going to get same aMt as the deposits in an advance..typically 50 to 60 percent..
Especially on small advances where time frame to payback will be 3 to 4 months.
