700k in A/R is about 14 months of receivables. There's something wrong with his collections. Based on that I would imagine he has about 400k of net collectable receivables. More than enough to pay the advances. You need to talk to one of many medical insurance factors. If you contact me I would be glad to introduce you to a few.

You're right Bob... Likely private individuals owing most of the 695k.. Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance Companies don't pay that poorly.. Marketable HIPAA receivables are typically to 90 days.. Several options to fix the situation though
