And they avoided violating the terms of their "loan" agreements I assume. That's a smart merchant. You'll have no problem with them going forward.

YS, Pearl, Fox... their is a long list... some funders advertise going out even further than 4th

I used to be able to get MONSTER 4th and 5th deals done, before we stopped at 3rd.

Omega is right though. If he is an "A" paper merchant then consolidating all three positions and get WC on top with a term loan or LOC (secured or unsecured depending on specifically what the merchant qualifies for), should be relatively simple

Step 1, you are going to need payoff letters from all the current mca's showing balance and good payment structure. Anyone you pass this too is going to ask for those first thing.

Pearl doesn't do 4th positions. Very aggressive 1st-3rd for quality merchants, but nothing above 3rd position
