    100% Payoff with no seasoning

    Hello,

Unique deal I'd like some suggestions on:

    • Software company
      Owes $100K to current lender
Just funded with current lender 2 weeks ago
      Deposits between 200-280K monthly
Has contracts indicating their revenue will increase substantially over the next 6 months
Decent credit score but very little credit depth (660+ fico)
      1st position ONLY
Need to pay off $100K to current lender and preferably net $100K over 12-18 months (will not accept less than 10-12 month term)

Let me know what you guys think

Just got 100k two weeks ago and already wants to ReFi? Sounds like he's asking for too much too early

Is the current initial advance amount 100k or is that the payoff? I suggest he use his Real Estate and Call WBL!

Or perhaps invoice factoring if he has AR ledger with B2B activity

Omegafund is right Zack. This sounds like a secured loc deal.

Do you have a balance sheet? Also, do you know where credit is?

$100K is the payoff. He has contracts indicating he will be doing $400K of monthly revenue, and already does $280K. Also has average ledger balances of over $50K.

    Anyone?

Why not one of the term lenders? Sounds like he wants a loan against contracts and not billed invoices. I am not aware of anyone that funds against contracts.

get him done before another guy gives him a 2nd
