Because AXTERRY Cannot say exactly what they will and will not do. Jeff is peculiar that way. He's done sub 500 some times, and sometimes not. He doesn't really have any SIC restrictions ether.

I guess it depends on whether or not he feels he can get paid back on the deal. He's not your A - B paper guy, but he does get the extra tricky ones done
