Happy monday all,

Does anyone have a contact at Viking? I have a merchant that has requested a zero balance letter from them a few times but to no avail. Apparently as per merchant, viking and her had a "falling out" (whatever that means) and as a result they aren't exactly running to answer her requests. Im sure there is more to the story but not my concern at the moment. I am an ISO of their's but have not used them in a while. Tried emailing my prior rep there but got a bounce back from his email.
