You'll probably need an asset based loan (RE) to get rates like that.

I am a direct lender and he would not like my rates. But if he has commercial real estate he can leverage, reach out and I might be able to help. Otherwise, I think it will be a struggle for you.

Check out Apple Pie Funding.. They specialize in Franchises.. Rates are often sub 10%.. If the client doesn't qualify I have other sources..

You got a full package and no place to go with a term loan......and no specifics about the deal when asking for advice. Try SBA,FC,Fundation to start.
