My personal favorite is "HEADING TO FINAL REVIEW" You just had someone pick the file apart for 2 days do references and a merchant interview. In a normal world final review after all of that should be under 10 minutes probably closer to 5, in reality 5 hours later you get a list of stips that never came up at all in the original underwriting.

Swift just messed me over 3 weeks ago, on something they had from the beginning.

two days later:

"Can I get a tracking number for that wire? It never showed up".

"Oh, sorry but they killed that one. Something came up in funding".

moral of the story: it doesn't fund until the money shows up in the account.

Actually not so true. They did take 3 days to make an offer on that deal, full honesty was a VERY high risk industry, the delay was supposedly because of some kind of training, but last night we sent them a deal, this morning got an offer.
