That's really strange you had that experience, I just got a $153K approval for 9 months at a 1.29 with them on a deal that I couldn't get approved anywhere else.

I think they are a solid option -- give them a try at least.

cresthill is a good company with a good reputation . the issue is they have an iso rep who cant answer a damn question straight and just hijacks threads on this forum with his riddles .

This is not about rates it is about a fee schedule which should not be too difficult to disclose.. You love to do anything except answer questions.. Bold claims no problem, ridiculous comparisons to other industries that have nothing to do with what we offer check, answer simple questions impossible

Hey Chambo...Whats going on! talk to Isaac about how comfortable he is or youe pals at BB about placing pricing grids on public forums....Lets make it easy for you when you lease a Nissan Versa and they charge you 25-Cents a mile above your limit I am sure there may be a price Grid that states the true cost at 0.8 and the spread goes to Dealer (of course they have enormous overhead to justify the spread) but you sure not going to find it online...

There is a difference between posting how much a funder has as its base rate, and how much is there in commission for the broker, as opposed to saying what the fees are like. The fact that you cannot acknowledge this basic fact says nothing good about you.

I charge ZERO fees at Yellowstone.....and Marcus, TBB doesn't charge ANY fees and they advertise that all the time.

I can tell you that Wall NEVER charges more than 5%, usually closer to 2%, what about you? Just say what the fees are usually like in the real world on your contracts.
