These fees are where the lawyers are going to crack into our industry. Title companies started adding all these junk fees during the mortgage boom years ago and the class action lawyers picked up on it. Class action lawsuits against those title companies. You have to justify the amount of fees verse the actual work involved with that fee. A judge will rule against a funder who charges a $300 wire fee when it only cost $15.
