I haven't seen any closing fee pricing grids posted by any funder on this forum. Not sure why we're forcing Marcus to show his. Fair or unfair?

I said what we charge, Yellowstone some people charge more, others less, Chambo none, Chambo says TBB has nothing, Pearl people had different answers, from 4% to as high as 8%, no I don't think it is unfair.

Most of the A paper funders charge between 1%-2.5% origination fees all are clearly stated usually on the first page of the contract.. I know this is not everyone and some charge zero, some may charge more I am just giving an approximation for the sake of the thread..
And now Marcus that leaves you

I am not holding my breath here, but remember, Cresthill is a 1st position funder, not necessarily A funder.

So you are not saying what your fees are like? When you actually say what the fees are like, when people can publicly back you up, then you can say that they are the lowest, but until then, please put up or shut up.

You have a real credibility problem, I dont think anyone here believes you...

Who actually funded deals with Cresthill, and what were the fees like?

tired of your nonsense. You talk about your company like you are BofA or Wells, yet you cant answer simple direct questions. You are what is wrong with this industry, you make wild claims and back it up with no proof and refuse to answer any question. For me that is enough of a reason to not work with your company in any way. I willing to bet that goes for other people on here as well

Oh, they may be an A/B paper shop on some level.

But how they price that paper for new ISOs and unsuspecting business owners (their bread and butter) who knows? Can't even adequately discuss fees.

My suggestion to everyone is this lets just ignore anything Marcus posts and in general any Crest Hill posts until someone actually answers a question I see no reason to give his company any exposure at all be it good or bad when they refuse to do anything except make ridiculous posts about radio hosts

To be 100% clear, if I call myself and ask, I will be recording the call, and then I will come and say what I was told. At that point if I am threatened with any kind of legal action, as 1 person said happened to him, I will have that recording as proof. Is that fair?

Marcus I don't think ISO relations is your cup of tea. You seem to have alienated every ISO on this forum. Perhaps a career in politics is in the cards for you.

I told everyone here that they can call me directly. I have since received 7 calls on the matter and love our low fees and fast offers. our shy of 10,000 monthly submission and thousands of direct-funding's are not coming from the 3 people asking me to post information. i can understand the frustration a lot going on in our country today.

I funded a few deals with Cresthill/Mantis in the past and the fees weren't too high. $199-$2900. Based upon size.

See I really wanted to ignore you and then you have to go and say something like 10,000 submission per month and I just cant not say something... There is zero chance I believe that you are getting 2500 submission per week. There is no way that is a real number. Impossible.
