Blue-Vine great product as an added service to broker shops. However, don't ever expect them to pick up the phones, or email you back right away! Our rep. Is known to calling us back in days!

Good company good product but communication is very difficult. I wish they would work on this issue, it will get them a lot more business.

Has anyone ever spoken to Molly or Tina on the phone? i am starting to think it is all an email of fictitious characters.
In general a good response time from them is 48-72 hours after you lost the client. That is if you even get a response.
Call the main line and they will scream and hang up on you.
Bottom line it is not worth the headache to try to deal with them.

Seems to be the norm with all these great companies advertising and it's always the same comments. " good luck trying to get them on the phone " i've seen them in a few statements but I've never actually worked through them so I'm curious to read more about them. I'm also waiting for that day to come for when a merchant has paid them off and needs a zero balance letter. To see how quickly they get that out to him or just push him to take more funding and if he doesn't then how long of a delay until the zero balance letter is sent. And no offense, bluevine it's just business but we'll see what happens when that times comes. Me personally it says a lot about a company and if I wanna submit anything thru them
