NO Minimum FICO/ No Doc/ Note Buyers? I have Free & Clear Properties
I have a client who needs to cash out on about 7 of his properties in the following states:
IL, MO, NY, NE.
He needs straight up no FICO/no doc cash out, funding ASAP.
If you have a resource of a lender who just doesn't care as long as they're equity in the property, and can close within 4-5 business days,
title is already done on most of the properties. The guy just needs to close.
