Electrical Contractor Needs 9-12 Month Deal
This client has average credit, 7 years in business, NOT home based and averages about 23k per month in deposits. No NSF or negative days either. Client owes 17k with another lender. Looking for 35k to 40k to pay off old lender and have a little extra working capital and a longer term deal. Daily bank averages are just over 3k.
