Leads are expensive as we all know - so why should anybody send deals your way as opposed to any of the other funders that are popping up every month? No contact info? Jeremy, your post comes at a good time. I have a deal that I would like to send to you. Medical clinic that has been in business since 1998, they do 1,600,000 per year. Fico's are 780, bank balances are 80,000+ any given day and they do not have any existing advances. They have been offered long term deals by their bank but they only want to deal with a alternative lender thats been in business for longer than the industry has possibly even existed. Also, they would like for you to first deposit money into their Nigerian uncles bank account who also happens to work for the United Nations before they send you their application. What do you think? Is this something you may be able to do? Oh, and one more thing, they only want to deal with someone that has a free email account.
