    Lender recommendation

Merchant has 4 positions out for a total of 60k. Looking for 120k to consolidate the 60k and net 60k. Revenue for May was 316,000, 1 low day (under 1000), april revenue: 197,000, 1 negative day and 1 low day. March: 279,000. Rest of months stay in this ball park. What would be a good lender to send this to?

Depending on what type of business and customers they sell to, we might be able to help with a revolving financing option.

    Power up would work.
Breakout would be capped at $100k I believe because its a consolidation, so they would only net $40k, but they would probably be interested.
Bizfi or Credibly might be interested too.

We can take a look at this file assuming it's not a California based merchant. Based on their revenues definitely seems like they can handle a loan or advance of that size for almost any term. At Breakout Capital we terms up to 18 months and buy rates as low as 1.08x (for 6 months deals) and 1.18x for 18 month deals. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to further discuss our products and this deal.

    Thanks,

based off those numbers roughly I can offer you at least 95k as a first position and depending on credit may be able to give you a buy rate of 1.28 with a max upsell of 12 points in commission and go out up to 9 months depending on quality of the deal, sic code, credit, payment history etc.. i can bump the offer up to 120k to accommodate you. this is all done in house, no shopping. send me a message and I will give you my direct email. thanks.

The 1 red flag you are going to have with prime lenders / funders are number of loans. Industry and / or State location along with credit profile should be a few items you need cross reference with your existing lender / funder network, then work on who can do the number of loans your merchant has outstanding. Work backwards.

Assuming all else being equal, you could start off with Breakout for a longer deal then 6 months (max $150k loan) but you will need full financials at some point.

Most other funders (stackers) will do this deal with that number of loans / advances out but max out at 6-8months.

Why not suggest that they pay the lowest balance OOP and make it a lay up? Why fight for a mediocre deal when you may have a home run on your hands? He should have a few thousand left out of that $316K, no?

    SIC/FICO would help.

If they have real estate collateral WBL can lend 2X their average monthly revenue -- sometimes more.
