Okay, here's one more, for now. This is a company that's 40 years old in the auto repair arena. Avg income $70K per month. Owner has a previous discharged bankruptcy. He is looking for $85k to upgrade equipment. Nice man with a great business who has an offer from another daily lender which he doesn't like. He sent me their offer with a big X on it and the words void. He really doesn't like them.

The only reason this deal isn't done already is because the lender I sent it to freaked out that he had another offer from another lender. Come on. Isn't this free enterprise in America. This is an easy customer to work with and I think it should be done, regardless of the other lender.
