This one is a restaurant with $75K in revenue per month. Owner has a 700 credit score. He has had 3 previous daily loans and paid them all off. Business has been open since 2008. He is looking for $55k to complete a dining room remodel. Problem: He has shopped with other brokers so it looks like he's trying to get several of these daily pay loans, but he's not. He just wants the best factor. Understandable but potentially problematic?

Gale, I'm not a direct lender anymore but I would urge you to consider investigating how much of the 55k need could be put into an equipment lease. the term will be consider any lower as well as the monthly payments.
