I intend to post several new deals tonight. I have some very good deals, and some that are dear to my heart that I am looking to get funded. I am not new to business funding, but I am definitely new to this forum. Please forgive me if I sound like a newbee, because in this forum I am.

1st Deal: This one is dear to my heart. This company was started by a college grad that has a great idea and it's working. He has a deposit average for the last 6 months of over $6500 and growing. I have 6 months of statements. He has a sweet lease on his office space at just $200 mo and new contracts with Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals, Pfizer, and Coca Cola. These contracts insure that his business will grow by leaps and bounds over the next few months if he has the $$ to fund his expansion of employees. He is looking for $10k in a daily loan. Would anyone here look at this? Thanks in advance.

Hey Gale- what type of company does he have? If he is moving to a new space- where is the location now? If it is home based and open 6 months in Business with deposits under $10k- you will have a hard time getting him an advance.

Also, if he does not have a product and is a service or consultant type company, this is very risky as he can stop doing business any day or lose contracts at anytime.

I understand that you are trying to help. The best outlet for him is to apply for personal financing or credit- a starter advance will not be over $5k.
