    MCAs have an underwriting fee based on deal size. $7,500 or less, $295. $7,500-$50,000, $395. $50,001-$100,000, $595. $100,001-$160,000, $795.

    I have always wondered what exactly that 295 or 395 is for? Does that line the UW'ers pocket? You cannot lie to me and tell me that your ACH deals are labor intensive. Yeah, SO MUCH WORK to fill out an autofill contract and then hit send!

    It is an underwriting fee. These fees include the cost of credit reports, site surveys, and other administrative costs and proper filing of financing statements etc...
