NO KIDDING you would fund them....but did you READ? would you give them the $20-30K they are looking for?

i have prepped him already in regards to possible approval would be very short term 4-6 months and given the situation if he were to get funded would be paying in 1.40-1.45 area. He knows already and is willing he just needs it to finish an improvement in his bar so he doesnt mind as it will turn him an ongoing profit. i Just need a funder

With $40k in deposits we could get them up to $75k! This is depending on where the borrower scores (Tier A-E). They can get up to 2x their gross monthly business income amount which is capped at $75k depending on the state.

I have seen 7th position deals that were less strenuous on the merchant (because of merchant doing 2M a month in revenues) than most 1st position deals from an A paper lender !
