Just looking to set people up for failure - dialing for dollars from home for no pay, promising big paychecks, then backdoor any leads you come across.

How this young naive person (if real) got the ok to promote this group is amazing. No less amazing than some of the shysters on here pumping up their chop shops though. In many cases, "operations" like this one are backed by bigger players. This seems to be the case in this example as well.
