Very surprised to hear that there are companies paying a 55k base plus commission. That is a huge base number.

The "plus commission" is probably minuscule.

True, but you still have other expenses. The misc cost of that salesperson using a desk at your office. Plus, I would assume there is some type of data/leads they are giving. Just seems likes a huge amount of money to give a salespersons as a base for our industry Originally Posted by ridextreme
