It is possible to consolidate Funding Circle in tandem with MCA debt, but the challenge will be the percentage of FC debt relative to MCA. Since FC has great rates over a long (3-5 yr) time period it can be challenging to make the numbers work for the client...which gets us back to the amount of MCA debt that is being combined.

Depending on the Historical Financials and profitability (or lack thereof), and balance sheet- there might be several possible solutions.

As Dan mentioned paying off a 3-5 year credit facility with an 18 month one will be hard to fit into a DSCR equation. However we have been successful in such situations quite often, and have successfully consolidated firms with as many as 13 positions (that showed 7 figure annual losses).
