    California deal with new ownership

    Team,

    Having some trouble with this one:

    -Environmental consulting company
    -Two Balances for $60K and $40K
    -$300K monthly revenue trending upwards
    -$20K average balances
    -590 FICO
    -Located in California
    -Needs $200K to pay off two balances and net $100K

    This sounds like a no brainer factoring deal if you want a better option for the customer. The only problem would be if the customer is paid in progress payments.
