You're going to get a lot of "serious" inquiries on this one lol. There are only a few lenders in the industry (that I'm aware of) with the ability to issue a deal of that size. Call me crazy, but I don't think any of them are going to respond to you on this thread. Would suggest BFS & Kalamata.

With real estate collateral, WBL is the best logical fit for a client like this. As long as there is sufficient collateral we typically lend 2X the client's monthly deposits. This merchant will probably get capped at $250K everywhere else due to industry type, but we can make an offer for a multiple-year term for up to $2.4MM.

Omegafund and Christian are right: there are firms out there (Super G being one of them) that specialize in this paper. Aside from revenue the collateral portion of the equation should drive where the file goes. If the client needs 2M they will likely need a lengthy amortization and a strong profit margin. Reach out to the folks here that have offered a hand on files that most think are not fundable.
