Slim chance but send to Cresthill Capital and will evaluate the situation...will price or decline in a few short hours so you'll know quick before you shred.

If slim means, no way, ever, not even close, hell, no, close down absolute automatic decline - then yes, slim chance at Cresthill.

If he was doing something like 175k/mo and was in a different industry, someone might take a shot at maybe 15K. But not a real estate broker doing 30K/mo.

It's nice you signed up with DF just to see if there were any bites, but sometimes you just need to move onto the next deal as frustrating as that might be.

Didn't you just open today? How can you possibly claim you funded cases in open bankruptcy?

$30k + in dep. Real estate broker with open ch. 11 who will fund

We can fund with an open bankruptcy but the factor rates will be mid to high 1.40's. Has to have strong bank statements.

An offer? You're the guy that dances around the office when he gets an approval aren't you? You're that guy. How about when you sell the terms to the merchant, go through all the underwriting that comes post offer, get signed docs, and actually fund the deal you come back on here and tell us all who the sucker was that funded a deal in an open federal bankruptcy proceeding.
