if you have at least 1 month of a business statement most of the A lenders will look at that if you also have the personal from prior and that the deposits are consistent throughout

This is just going to waste time you can spend trying to get another deal done.. Let it go and move on.. D paper funders wont look at that forget the guys you are mentioning.. Do yourself a favor and let this one go.

That is the right way to go, for sure. These tiny deals slip through the cracks with us and we find out a few months later someone else funded them that was a little more resourceful. Drives me bananas because at the end of the month we're left with 7-10 working capital deals that we could have won if we did more digging.

if there is someone out there that would do this I would be amazed. Also if you do get it done please let us know because would love to know a bank that would fund a deal that looks like this.. My money is on this is unfundable though

OK then my posts are all screwed up, real estate deal burn never look at again. Deal with personal statements and 1 month business good for funding I would send to Bizfi/mcc and Credibly. I would think if credit is decent either of those would make an offer..
