Capital Stack
Anyone ever heard of this company? Apparently they funded a tax and accounting company behind two defaulted loans with Yellowstone and Pearl. I wouldn't believe it until I saw it myself. Is this a regular practice with this "kabbage-y" firms?

Capital Stack has been around a long time - they used to be good for small deals - then they switched to a portal that is absolutely the worst and you can't get anyone to work the deals unless you get it into the portal that is almost impossible and a waste of time.

I'm surprised then how they didn't pick up on existing defaults. All the other F paper lenders picked up the defaulted loans...I'm just upset I couldn't get it done.

capital stack been around for a while, did some deals years ago with them. They ended up stealing other deals.
