Non-profit health clinics
Who would fund a non-profit health clinic?
3 of the clinics are located in actual buildings, plus they have 3 mobile clinics. $3 mill in annual revenues. They bill medicaid / medicare. Profitable the last few years. They have $200k in cash but are looking for $200k with a 2-5 year term to finish the construction of a 4th clinic.

Bob's right... As long as they have Receivables you should find a home for the deal..
