I have a client looking for $10 Million, he has a big company (obviously) and has property to pledge worth $15 million. + the business
Looking for a long term loan over a few years, for a 10 - 15 annual interest rate.
Looks like a prime bank prospect but the bank is dragging him on for months, and he needs it now.
Is there any solution for this type of deal?
(PS. If not, does anyone want to start a lending company for this?.. Just kidding..... ).

To answer your question: if the data supports it there are likely several solutions. For a loan of that size, the client will need to understand that any bank/ABL will need to do due diligence to verify collateral and the integrity of firm. Also: depending on the Cost of Goods Sold- 15M in revenue is not that large a number to request 10M.

If you would like some assistance I would need to see the Balance Sheet, the last Corporate Tax Return, and try to wrap around the desired use of proceeds etc..

What kind of business ? What were the top line numbers for 2015' & 16" YTD ? EBITDA 15 & expected for 2016 ?
