Introducing myself and my company/ I syndicate on deals and can help new brokers
I have been in the industry for a year and 6 months and have great relationships established with over 10 different Lenders, personally I enjoy to syndicate on any D- to B + Construction company! I love my construction companies especially in Florida. I am not a direct lender as of yet, but syndicate on three platforms currently. Please email or call me personally for my ISO agreement, no paper work will be looked at without a signed ISO agreement. I am offering 60% of the gross profit. I am completely transparent and expect the same from my ISO'S!
