He maintains strong bank account balances and great cash flow management maintaining an average Bank balance over the last year over 35k. He has a 600+ credit score with little debt. Client at any given point can have 50-150k out ion A/R which are paid in 30 days. he maintains great business by only taking jobs from high end clientele outfitting their homes with lavish electrical work such as sound systems and full home control units and more. Client is seeking a line of credit based off his accounts receivables or at least to cover new job expenses. Has 120k in debt and no other open lines. My principal question is if he's only dealing with consumers why does he have any accounts receivables? Could his clients be the contractors building or modifying the homes?
Regardless, your client,might want to look at a Fast Track SBA loan.
