    funder that can work with lowered payment?

    Company that does 5M. Had a 1st position that the payment was lowered due to many circumstances.
    Balance is 100k. Looking for 2nd position or refinance of everything

    We can structure the deal with early payoff discounts, so when he sells the property he does not have to pay the entire payback amount.

    To more directly answer your question, when they sell the property they will need to satisfy their debt to us.
