Hi everyone.
I have a guy who won a judgement against someone in Dominican Republic (!) for $2.5 Million. That someone has $6 million worth of assets and they are now attempting to take them away and auction off his properties.. however it will take another few months, and the guy needs money desperately, and is willing to put up the judgement for $150k. The interest rate is not an issue, and can be very high. He doesn't care at this point, as long as he can get some cash on hand.
For obvious reasons no one wants to touch this, and people are running fast from this type of situation.
If anyone wants to get some lawyer on this case, and perhaps give it a try, please PM me.
