    Which lender can help if a client had a judgement that they were paying off?

    I have a client that had a previous judgment from an advance. They are in a payment plan and have been making payments for a bit. They also have a pay off letter. Is there any lenders that would consider this since they are making payments and would be willing to pay it off with the new advance?

    It is possible I could if the client's business is legit, his numbers all add up (solid financials, showing a profit, etc.) and he is on a confirmed payment plan.

    I would think that most if not all of you 3rd tier funders would give this guy a crack. Let me know if you need some guidance landing at the right spot.
