I don't know you and I am not trying to call you out but this is something that boggles me.

You are co-brokering this deal for another ISO and took the responsibility to place this file but you don't know where to place it. There are people who can easily come on here and tell you where it could POSSIBLY fit, like Cardinal, Cooper, YSC, Pearl, etc. but you are wanting a lockbox for a merchant who clearly cannot keep their business positive long enough to make payments, so you are wanting to get a "lockbox" so the merchant has no choice but to payback the institution first. Though you are spot on on the TYPE of MCA payback option that would fit the merchant, it's a risk for a 1st position and the amount offered (if any) and the rate will choke the restaurant out of business.

As you know each situation is different and some merchants have valid reasons why they have volatility in the account for one month. A short term of 3-4 months might choke the business, but a 4-9 month deal wont. I don't make guarantees if a referral partner wants to send me a file except i will do my best to get an offer. BTW I have entrusted Cardinal with the "responsibility" of placing files in the past with no results. And if im posting it on here its a "Hail Mary" pass option. Im pretty sure YSC doesnt offer a lock box option either.
