Residential Property in CT appraised at $640k (lenders welcome)
Client's main use for funds to purchase another property at price of $500k - 10% down. Company is a construction and design company. Property is a raised ranch built in 1972, 2073 sq. ft living area above grade, 1202 sq. ft basement. Owned free and clear.
Who are lenders that can do residential properties, lenders browsing this forum are welcome as well. Already have appraisal with comparative properties ready to go.
