I have a client that has 5 advances already and wants to pay them off early. Total payoff amount is $33K

Any direct funders that can take on this deal?

I would jump on it if it were not an individual restaurant and low balances (Minimum funding is $100k), as consolidating 5 advances is not an issue. Individual restaurants are one of the few clients I cannot fund.

Best option for him is a WBL deal if he has real estate collateral. We can do up to 2X the monthly revenue (3X on an exception basis), meaning we can get him up to $50K to pay off and net some additional funds.

Zach we restructure these all day. Then offer more traditional money. That's 2 different products/2 commissions.
