Payoff two lenders with a Bankruptcy on a payment plan.
Any funders able to payoff 2 advances with a business that has a bankruptcy on a payment plan.

The funder who can do this will get a crapload of business really quickly.
And now for the classic question, Does the owner have real estate?

MCG will fund a deal with open BK. they're the only ones I have ever heard of even contemplating that
