Any direct funders for the Pre Settlement Funding industry?

Company offers pre settlement funding to individuals with pending personal injury cases. They are looking to get some expansion funding.

I assume you are referring to pre-legal settlement funding? We don't offer it, but it's a space I banked quite a bit. You will want to look at the type of settlement and size of projected settlement -- if its predicable (e.g. personal auto), it's very easy and you should just contact Oasis, JG Wentworth, or Preferred. If it's more complex or a larger settlement or class action, let us know if you'd like other suggestions (no co-brokering, just suggestions -- honestly not even sure how those companies work in terms of ISO referrals).

Misunderstood the ask -- Cheryl is looking for a lender/funder to provide funds to a pre-legal settlement company. Depending on the settlement type, this can be a pretty stable and predictable business (97% of cases in personal auto are settled and never go to trial -- though "slip and fall" is a completely different story), we just don't fund financial services companies. Happy Rock use to have a pre legal settlement company. They have their merchant service company but also had a settlement company
