•3 months personal bank statements from buyer
•Most recent tax return of the business
•Purchase agreement if in place


REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAM
•The business being acquired must have been in operation for over 5 years.
•Buyer’s credit reviewed on a case by case basis
