    Factor and Lender Looking for Brokers / Deals to Fund Now

    Hello everyone,

    My name is Matt Estes - I manage broker business development for BlueVine Capital. BlueVine provides AR factoring and business lines of credit to SMBs. We were founded in 2013 and have raised $190M+ to date from firms such as Citi, Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

    Accounts Receivable Factoring

    Credit Lines: $20,000-$2,500,000
    Business Segments: B2B or B2G
    Lien Position: Must be in first position or behind a bank loan / SBA loan
    Minimum Revenue: $15,000 / month
    A/R Schedule: 15-90 days
    Debtors: Companies with at least $10M revenue or government
    Minimum Time in Business: 3 months
    Owner's Personal Credit: 530 or above

    Business Line of Credit

    Credit Lines: $5,000-$100,000
    Business Segments: B2C, B2B or B2G
    Minimum Revenue: $15,000 / month
    Minimum Avg. Monthly Bank Balance: $1,000
    Minimum Time in Business: 6 months
    Owner's Personal Credit: 650 or above

    Matt,

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by "Debtors: Companies with at least $5mm revenue"

    FCF,

    I think he is referring to the customer that your customer is doing business with on terms. They are seeking credit worthy debtors. Most factoring companies do credit checks on a prospect's customers and in some cases insure the AR.

    Kevin is correct. They are sometimes called Account-Debtors.

    Got ya, misread the statement as I thought that was for the merchant's annual sales requirements
