    Retail store needs 30k for new location

    Retail store doing 59k p/m, 4 months in biz, perfect credit, needs 30k over 12 months to open a new location. Funders only, no brokers.

    If the client has real estate collateral, I think only WBL or LoanMe would be able to offer the term they need for this one.
