Spam Invitation to Sign up as ISO
This turd hit the inbox today:
"As per your request, I would like to introduce you to our unique ISO program, which is comprised of 5 separate private equities. Our clients are supported by a knowledgeable staff equipped to service a wide variety of industries, restaurants, retail companies, cosmetics, rentals, oil and gas, automobiles, and independent businesses, etc... Once approved our applicants are funded through an Underwriter, who ensures that our investments are carefully handled according to specific and effective guidelines. We couple our clients with partners that strategically match their business model to strengthen their goals and mission.
To give a more in-depth view of our program we have attached an ISO agreement. This breaks down the commission structure which provides an insight to our agreements including split funding, lock box, ach / bank, and the start - up process. Our partnerships with credit card companies and various lenders, will tailor a funding program which will meet your needs. To move forward with EZ Capital Inc., simply complete the ISO agreement and attach the following documents:"
This cutting edge business model is a rousing success I am sure.

Most likely. The Pearl Street address, the person who sent it has ties there. And it is very likely a strategy to splash ISO agreements into cyberspace to "ISOs" that may have signed up with Yellowstone some time ago but don't do much or any business there.
So share and use their internal list of ISOs and use one of the shell companies to solicit them. Some things never change.

Thanks for the clarification Andy. I stand corrected. Does this work?:
This particular entity EZ Capital Inc. shared an address with Yellowstone until March. The Senior Partner at EZ Capital who email blasted unsolicited ISO agreements had ties with Yellowstone. Yellowstone likely shared their ISO information with EZ Capital.
That better?
